Apple Cake || Soft and tasty apple cake || Upside Down Recipe Without Oven <br /> <br />INGREDIENTS <br />100 grm flour <br />60 gram sugar <br />2 eggs <br />1tsp baking powder <br />20 gram butter <br />5 Apple <br />Peel of lemon <br /> <br />PROCESS <br />Peel of the apple and cut into slice and keep a side. <br />Now in a bowl take 2, and one by one add sugar, baking powder and mix together <br />Then add the flour and stir it to mix well then add the butter and mix. <br />Now add some peel of lemon and stir it <br />Then add the apple slice into the mixture and mix well. <br />Take a mold and set the mixture into the mold. <br /> <br />Take a pot and heat it in low flame and keep the mold inside the pot. <br /> <br />Bake it 30 minute in low flame then reverse it and cook 15 minute. <br />Now check the cake get brown shade and take out from the pot. <br />You can add the powder sugar to serve.
